I need to get back on track!!!
We just moved from Hawaii to the East Coast and 1.5 months later we finally have our stuff and things are getting back to normal... so it's back on track again! I managed to lose 1 lb (better than gaining right?) in that time, so I can see I DEFINATELY need the accountability I get on here! It's going to be a struggle because I calorie count and the computer used to be down in the kitchen but in this house it's in an office upstairs. I think I'll get a notebook and write things down to bring up and log in fitday. Keeping track seems to make a huge difference!
