Right now I don't have a formal diet, I'm looking to lose at least 40 pounds, but I've decided I'm going by clothing sizes, I know what size and body I want, so I'm going to go with that and how I feel... Just trying to watch what I eat, watch moderation, pay attention to my body and really STICK to that cut off time and adding water
I'm reading two books over again, Total Body Makeover and the other is Winning By Losing, I hope to incoperate the ideas of both of those programs into something that works for me... I'm pretty much on the boards a lot, I've been struggling trying to find a consistent time to work out (Boo, isn't that a horrible excuse). I was doing well, but droped it... Right now I'm hoping to do Interval Cardio MWF, and some long slow mo cardio TThu, Doubling my interval cardio on Saturdays, and resting on Sunday (an idea that should work based on my reading both Bob Greene, Jillian Michaels and some overall conditioning books...)

I do have to get in some weights or resistance stuff... But it scares me a little right now, hopefully in a couple weeks if I stick to this plan, I'll start focuses on more of a balance.
