I didn't go to the gym this morning. I think I just need to say no to the snooze alarm. It always gets me in trouble. However, I'm headed back tonight for kickboxing and hopefully some extra cardio before class. Eating yesterday was surprisingly good and easy! My roommates are junk foodies so they keep making fun of me and trying to get me to eat crap with them. I'm trying not to be a food snob, because I like junk food too. But I HATE having to explain myself over and over again. I think cutting out the processed carbs has cut down a lot of my cravings.

Tomorrow will be a big test for me.. I need to make some good filling stuff in advance because they have having a banquet thing at work that I have to set up/break down. I'll be there from 2-10pm, so thats at least 2 meals that I need to pack in advance. Also, I need to get out of bed and get into the gym before class which should really be a peice of cake. 60 more minutes of cardio and I'll be on my way to reaching my goals for the month.

Stephie- I'm glad to see you`re getting everything down!! I wouldn't stress too much about the house since everything else is falling into place. What about the hubby? Maybe you can get him to help.

I can't get motivated to get my butt to the gym. I have been just completely exhausted, and can't get up in the AM or go to the gym in the PM after work! What is my deal??????

Maybe I'm just putting waaayy to much pressure on myself.....

I just wanted ya'll to know that I can't do my own challenge.

Ok so eating well ...check Going to the gym ...check. I am having some real success this week. I cannot wait for weigh in on Monday I think I am going to have made some excellent progress. Which will be nice for a change lol...

lizzie - Usually I would but he is putting in like 60+ hours at work so the house is my baby for the time being. I will just have to tackle it this weekend. Thats awesome that some of your cravings are going away. Ignore your foodie roomates when you look super hot and fit they will be asking you "what was that diet you were on again..."

spill - dont be so hard on yourself hun. Pyching yourself out can be soooo bad for you in the long run and make it much harder to start again. Try doing little bits of exercise. Dance for 15 mins when you get home, stretch for 15 mins before you go to work. Try to do like 15 mins of stairs on lunch...take a 15 min walk after dinner. You dont always have to go to the gym to get the hard work in...and when all else fails follow the quote in your sig!
