Default March is almost over!

Wow! I just checked the calendar and there is only 12 days until the end of the month

I have not done any deliberate exercise this month (just incidental stuff) but have figured that I need to do 50 mins per day to reach my goal of 600 mins of exercise for the month. Going to write it in my planner now and stick to it.

C'mon ladies - We can do it!

Let's blitz our goals for the month

I know the feeling! I have to do almost 40 minutes a day to reach my goal, when the original intention was for at least 30 minutes a day! AHHH! I just want to meet my goal, is that too much to ask of myself? Time for a swift kick in the pants

12 days to go!!! Oh my gosh. I've got some serious exercise to do since I missed 2 1/2 weeks of exercise due to my darn ankle. I really need to get back on track in order to even get close to my mini goal of losing 5 lbs this month.

I hope I can lose 2 more pounds by the end of the month...for some people they lose quick but for me it's going to take some extra effort to get to 140.

Basically I've got to get in 40ish oz of water a day (EASY) and about 34m of exercise a day to meet my goal... I really want to meet my exercise goal, and I'm pretty sure I can do it as long as I start walking to school again! Besides, the exercise classes I go to are an hour, so there's some room for me to take off days. WE CAN SO DO THIS!

So funny to see this thread. I just whipped out my calendar to check how many days were left in the month and how much exercise I would have to average per day to meet my goal. My goal was to lose 10 pounds this month, I already lost seven so I'm pretty confident that I can reach my goal.

I am soooo far behind on my exercise this month. First I had a particularly horrid TOM, then I was sick, then my husband had his business trip and I didn't want to go alone. I can't believe I made my goal in Feb (shortest month) and I can't do it in March! Ugh!

12 more days... I will tell myself there is about HALF a month left. Makes me feel better. haha..



Well I got around 55 minutes EVERY day to do to meet my goal, but in those minutes it is only my cardio goal, because i have met both my flexability and strength training minutes goals. I still want to continue with all three so hopefully i will get to my cardio goal. Miles... sheeesh.. hopefully i'll make that.

I sorta slacked over Spring Break, but I think I can still make my goal. I've got about 150 (roughly) minutes to go....

I've done better this month than previous months when I didn't have a goal, however, I still have to do about an hour of Cardio a day every day to get to my goal!! It's possible, I suppose. I really wanted to meet at least my exercise goal. I'm not meeting any other ones, that's for sure!! I've been close to the Calorie mark, but too much sodas and no weight loss so far.....

Talking 265 minutes left...

I got 265 minutes to go to meet my goal this month! woo! I'm on a roll.
This is also the first time i went over the 1150 mark for a month.

i already reached my exercise goal (although it was pretty manageable at only 600 minutes). no my plan for the rest of march is to lose 2 pounds and getting my eating in check. i'm just all over the place these days.
