Wow! I just checked the calendar and there is only
12 days until the end of the month
I have not done any deliberate exercise this month (just incidental stuff) but have figured that I need to do 50 mins per day to reach my goal of 600 mins of exercise for the month. Going to write it in my planner
now and stick to it.
