~Get to 230 lbs
~Keep up my daily vitamins
~at least 64 oz of water daily
~ better food choices

By the end of April I would like to:


~Be down to 145 pounds
~Go out and by new clothes in a smaller size!!
~Exercise at least 5 times a week, and don't do an all or nothing routine
~Drink more water than diet cola's
~Get a tan (I threw that one in for the heck of it lol)

ok - here goes nothing
  • 1000 mins exercise (holy :tape: )
  • 2 hours yoga per week
  • get on top and keep on top of my paperwork at home
  • eat breakfast each morning
  • control my food portions
  • drink 1200ml of water per day
  • get up earlier (5.30am) to a) exercise and b) eat breakfast (this one is going to be tough)
  • bring lunch to work 4 times per week
  • lose 10lbs! and only weigh once a week (Sunday's)

Heathers April Goal
 
My April Goals :
Loose atleast 10 lbs
Walk Atleast 3x a week
Keep my calorie intake around 1200
Make healthier food choices
Drink More Water
Start going to the gym
Have a more positive outlook
Tell myself one good thing about myself a day

My April goals:

*Exercise for 2000 minutes.
*Strength training at least three days/week.
*Drink at least 64 oz. water/day.
*No sugar. (Yes, none! Just for one month. Surely I can do that.)
*Lose weight. (What a novel concept!)

Okay so my March goals were all screwed up due to my stupid ankle injury. Now I'm back in the game for April!!!

*Do 1500 minutes of exercise
*Lose 5 lbs. (get to 168 lbs.)
*Drink more water
*Take my multi-vitamin everyday
*Cut down on sugar
*Stay positive

- Work out AT LEAST 4 times a week
- Log all my food, even if I struggle with calories counting
- No binge when going out with friends (that's the hardest, how am I supposed to be good and eat well if they're all stuffing their face. Not fair)
- Study, study, study.
- Start to walk, at least when the sun is out!

My goals for april-
-4/5 I have an event And would like to see under 230 just need 1-2lb to see that
-4/17 Going to Foxwoods I want to feel comfy in my new size 16 and not snug
- Really commit to 4 days of intence exercise 20-30 min
-start tracking my exercise

Okay here goes-

Get down to 130 by end of April.
Drink more water
take vitamins DAILY!
Rotate step and dance workouts
Do 10-20 minutes of yoga 3x a week
Talk daughter for walks on the nice days
Start portion control- AGAIN
Stay between 1200-1500 calories a day

Other goals-
try to not to spend so much money
still trying to get pregnant!
spend more quality time with husband
get yard ready for the warm weather!

I'd love to join. My april goals include:
*work out at least four days a week
*drink 4 glasses of water daily
*not pig out around easter time
*eat three healthy meals and two snacks daily
*not to give up
*work on my weight loss journal more
*work on the fly lady program

hi newbie
 
hi im new and trying to learn the ropes here. i plan on starting my diet hopefully by the first. i will be doing the micheal thurmond and urban rebounder i should recieve my kit in a few days.
a little about me i just had a baby march 8 she was 9lbs 110z
i developed gestational diabetes while pregnant and i went from 212 to 250lbs
i have no idea how much i weigh now that she is born. im 25 yrs old 26 in may. im married to my husband (feb 14 made it 1 yr.)he is a u.s marine currently in iraq on his way home by may 1 (my birthday is may 4!) what a present and he gets to meet his baby
so that explains why i was very depressed during my pregnancy and drowned my worries in food. now that my baby is here and my husband is coming home i want to be healthy and look good the dr. told me because of my weight its a good chance tha i will develope real diabetes.
so thats my story i going to need all the luck i can get can anyone give me any words of advise and are there any april challenges starting?

my goal is to get down to 180 first then 20lbs afterwards
drink 96oz water
exercise 15-20min a day
low to no sodium
no redmeat, breads,sugar,dairy

**My April Goals**
  1. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables Daily!
  2. Drink as much water as i can Daily!
  3. Get off my butt for 45 minutes doing something active Daily!
  4. Try to change my negative thinking of myself into positive uplifting thinking...
  5. Get spring cleaning started
  6. Don't let one bad meal ruin my entire day or month!
  7. Tell myself " I want to do this " Daily.

1. Drink 9 glasses of water EVERYDAY
2. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day 6 days a week
3. No coffee :(
4. Go back to low carb.
5. Take a vitamin daily.
6. Pamper myself day:Get a manicure and brows done!
7. Get 8 hours of sleep a night
