I now get to use the 5th belt hole in instead of the 4th. I love it when this happens.:) And i started running on the treadmill, which for some reason i always thought i couldn't do because of that "your to fat to run" little voice in my head that i finally proved wrong

My scale has been dissing me and showing me the same number every morning...and last night I came across my measurements from when I started getting more dedicated to working out and dieting. I started on 02.23.06 and have accomplished the following:
body fat: lost 2.7 % or 5 lbs bust: gained .5 inches hip/butt: lost 1.25 inches thigh: stayed the same (boo I hate my thighs) calf: gained .25 inches waist: lost 2 inches...woooohoooo I had forgotten all about measurements and how sometimes they tell the story of the hard work you've been putting in even if your scale is dissing you. |
