Try to think of how great you feel AFTER your workout, and then get to the end of your workout!!!!!!
So you went to the gym yesterday, right? How about today? I'm going at 4:30 and going to do cardio and weights. If you go out at the same time we can work out "together" for motivation! Woohoo!
For those days when I try to talk myself out of working out I tell myself to shut up and throw on my clothes. Don't allow yourself to talk, just do it. You always feel better afterward.

I was feeling really tired and run down yesterday but felt so much better after I went. Will go again tonight. I have just changed gyms so am booked in for an induction session tonight. Should be fun!
