Scale Victory
I am sorry - I would have added to the non-scale victory - but I have finally had a SCALE victory - it has taken a long time. Now I am not sure if I am down 6 pounds or 3 (because I didn't zero the scale, and I weighed myself before my workout - 6 and after my spinning and wieghts work out (avec water) - 3) but needless to say I am way excited because I have been workign out nonstop for the last 3 and a half weeks (6 days per week, except on tuesday when I was swamped - it will be 6 if I work out both sat and sunday but I may not be able too....need the rest - maybe yoga...rambling)
so anyway my weight was stuck at 197 for like 3 weeks. Some things may go into the loss - I recently went off the pill and wonder if this has anything to do with it - though I would think my healthier eating (so many more veggies in my life) and work out would be the deciding factor. It is so hard for my wieght to budge - so I'm excited - now when I get down to 180 I will be really happy! (or in the 80s!)
