Hey ya'll. I ran across this site in July but I haven't been on since. But now I'm back and I think this is what I need to keep myself motivated and inspired. It's nice to know that there are other girls out there that aren't my mom's age and are dealing with the same problems that I am. I haven't done the SB diet but a friend of mine has and it has worked fofor her. Just remember the only kind of diet that works is one that you can stick to. If you need anything, I'm here.

I also have been doing SBD. My body looks better than ever.
If you have any questions or just need support for SBD, there is a forum for this also that has lots of great recipes and ideas to stay on track!
Welcome merecat, I do SB but not very strictly due to finances. I am also a avid poster in the SB forum, there are a great group of girls over there that are very helpful when you have a question.
