well at the end of the first week and I am 1.3kg down!
that's about 2.8lbs!
I didn't exercise as much as I would have liked this week - but it was more than I have done in ages. I think I made up for not exercising on Friday or Saturday, by doing some serious gardening today - pruning hedges and weeding for about an hour. Gardening counts doesn't it? I mean serious out with the hedge clippers and chop, chop, chop for ages - oh my back!
