Cool Another newbie!
Hi everyone - I am yet another new person on this site. I stumbled across it and I think it seems great. I am not new to the struggle of weight loss. At my heaviest I was 308 pounds, I have been at 252 for about 6 months, and I am motivated to see the numbers creeping down again.
I am a wildlife biologist and I enjoy anything outdoorsy - canoing, camping, hiking, birding, etc. I am recently married (5 months) and we live in Arkansas. I look forward to becoming part of the community!

Welcome to the group! I've been up at 310 pounds before, and I'm not too much lower now (around 270-ish, I think...I'm afraid to officially face the post-holiday scale ), but having been at the same weight for 6 months is even a major accomplishment--it shows you'll be able to maintain once you've lost all you'd like to lose!
