Mine are in five pound increments. For the first five it's going to be lip butter in mango by body works. Then it goes up from there. When I hit 190 I'm getting a mp3 player for workouts! Speaking of which, it would be awesome to have a top 5 workout songs QOTD so I can program it.

I think that short term goals are great. However, after I lose the weight I need to lose, I am planing on having a tummy tuck and breast lift (thank-you my beautiful child for stretching my skin to new limits!). I am aiming for Summer 2007 for the surgery, but Summer 2006 for the goal. So, as far as short term goal rewards I will give myself the option of spending $25 on a manicure or putting that $25 in the "Hot Mama" account. We'll see how it goes.
