12/11 (This is very embarassing to post, but I am back in control this morning....I am just under a lot of stress right now and I have to figure out ways other than food to get through my problems)

B-fast: 460 cal.
-1 Large Organic Whole Wheat Pancake (350), cooked in Organic Soybean Oil (75)
-1 tbsp. Organic Reduced Sugar Blueberry Preserves (35)

Snack: 70 cal.
-1/3 Scrambled Egg (40) (I was making my little brother breakfast)
-2 bites Organic Whole Wheat Pancake (30)

Lunch: 325 cal.
-1 Slice California Style Complete Protein Bread (90)
-1 tbsp. Natural Salted Chunky PB (100)
-1 tbsp. Organic Reduced Sugar Blueberry Preserves (35)
-1/2 c. Organic Wild Rice & Southwestern Chicken (less than 1 oz. of chicken leftover) mixture (100)

-2 slivers Papa John’s Cinnamon Sweet Treat (my brother brought it home and I had already been a pig so I figured it couldn’t do any more damage than I’d already done. They are new, so there is no nutrition info for them anywhere on the web….I’m guessing 200)

Total Calories: 2925!!!!!!!!!! The worst part is the way I felt after eating all that junk, which I didn’t even like that much….I can’t let this ever happen again.

Water: 80 oz. (met goal)

two egg omelet (two eggs + milk) with...

2.5 raisin brownies (sweet tooth + no fruit in the house = me baking )

- spoonful brown sugar
- cinnamon

- honey turkey breast
- romaine lettuce

Snack:

Haleys--your eating doesn't look *too* bad...you got in some good vegetables but not much protein at all. And kind of heavy on the carbs. Maybe cut back the amount of potatoes or rice and add tofu or soy meat, etc.

Oh and breakfast would definitely help too! Good luck

self-saucing chocolate pudding
vanilla ice cream

I was good and only had one serving of lasagna, but then I caved and had two (large) servings of dessert.
