Well, the mood is very good around here today. I am in a great mood as well. I haven't been doing well with my eating in the last few weeks, I've been staying within good calorie ranges.... but I've made poor choices on what to eat. So, starting yesterday I went to the grocery store and stocked up on yummy produce. I bought some apples, bananas, salad, mango, cucumbers, and a pomegranet. Oh, also some chicken. I am vowing to keep only healthy foods in the house from now on. So if I feel like snacking i have a nice variety of fruits to choose from!

The good news is that even though I've made poor choices lately I have still lost a couple pounds! I hope you all have a wonderful day today!

Megan1982 - Thank you for the help. Yes, i do lay on my bed and watch tv and sometimes i bring my laptop and relax there. Maybe i'll try switching that up. Thank you so much for the advice. I've been trying to wake up early and switch my schedule but i just can't seem to do it. I'm going to try and go to bed at 10 or 11 tonight and wake up really early. We'll see what happens. :X

Hapy Friday!

I weighed in at TOPS last night with a loss of 4.25 for the week, so that's 9.75 pounds lost in 3 weeks Maybe at this rate, I'll actually meet my goal of 15 pounds by Christmas (just started the challenge last week)--it'll be the first time I've ever met a goal with a deadline (for weight loss)!

Well, here's wishing everyone a strong and successful weekend--catch ya'll later!

Congrats Jilly on the Loss! That's awesome about meeting your goal-most likely you will, if you keep up the Hard work!

I bought a size small in workout shorts yesterday and actually wore them! Whoa! Talk about major accomplishment. I am still wowed at how many things fit now....I'm just so used to buying large, and extra large....lately it's been mediums and now a small!

Just wanted to share the good news.

I plan on being OP this weekend, which means a workout everyday, and eating right! We can do this ladies...it's just a few days! I want everyone to make thier Thanksgiving Goals!

Happy Friday!

Jill, congrats on the loss! Keep up the good work!

Spill, a size small is wonderful. The only downside to changing sizes is you have to try everything on, you can't just pick up what you know is your size anymore. A small price to pay, right?

Today I'm wearing my size 6 jeans that for the past few weeks have been so indecently tight that I refused to wear them out. Now they are form-fitting, but definitely wear-able! For the past 2 months I've been wearing the same pair of jeans that's a size 6, but definitely a "big" size 6.

Let's have a great weekend ladies. Turkey day (and Christmas or Hannukah) are right around the corner. We can reach our goals!

Happy Saturday.

I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend. I'm trying to get myself psyched and go crack a book and get some serious studying done. 2 Tests next week...

Nothing exciting for me this weekend. How is everyone else's weekend going, doing anything neat?

I went to my first college football game last night (Oddly enough, seeing as how I'm a senior, I love college football, and it was the DH's new school against my old school). It was awesome fun. My Ducks won again! Yea! And I didn't overeat! Yea!

what type of doctor do you go to when you have pains right above your knee?

I always start at my general physician and see if s/he refers me to a specialist.
