I was down to 157.5 as of yesterday's weigh in (well as of Thursday's weigh in too). That'll be my official weigh number.
TOM is coming so as of today I'm at 159.5. I need to get back on track. I know a lot of that is water retention but I haven't been a very good girl lately either. In the next two weeks I want to be back down to 156.something MORE EXERCISE for me...and I need to control my eating. Bad me...I found out today that one of my trigger foods is pumpkin bread. Pumpkin bread? Of call things why this is a trigger food I don't know but I ate 1/2 a loaf this morning (well not quite but it seemed like it) and it's around 50 catrillion calories. Oh well, I will move on from here and NOT buy pumpkin bread!
