* dips with 110lbs assistance

Monday-73 minutes bike (2 X 30 minutes + 13 minute cool down)
40 minutes mowed my lawn (I was sweating like nobody's business and it's only in the 70s...sheesh...I hate humidity)

Just jumping right in here...But today (Tuesday) I woke up before work (@ 5:30am) and did my cadio. 30 minutes, walk with some running intervals.
Monday, 30 minute dance video.

hour swim with sprint series for last 10 minutes. felt good to finally swim a bit fast. will have to try again!
