Stephanie,

Any exercise is great, especially if it's more than you used to do! Keep going! As long as you're losing, you're doing great. If I don't do at least 60 minutes, I don't lose. Just my dumb body, I'd love to do less.

Tuesday: 30 min eliptical
30 min weights

Wednesday: 5 hours walking around Mall of America/Ikea

Thursday: 15 min stationary bike
15 min eliptical (slacker! I think it's getting to be that TOM)

Where is everyone?? Only 2 pages of exercise for the entire week? We usually have 4 pages! Let's get your heinies moving next week ladies! WE can sweat this weight off!
