Default excersice

is anyone else strugglin to loose the weight when your excersing daily? I cnt seem to get the weight off!

I'm the same way right now. I can't seem to lose anything. I'm exercising an hour a day. I am losing inches though so keep your eyes on that too. It seems like every time I lose 2 or 3 pounds, I gain it right back overnight. What a bummer!

How intensely are you working out? Try adding intervals of speed or hills and sometimes that will jumpstart things. Also if you aren't lifting weights a couple times a week in addition to cardio, try that. Good luck and keep up those workouts. It will pay off!
