The only suggestion I have for water retention is watch your sodium/salt intake. Sodium hides in almost any prepared food you pick up in a grocery store--from canned vegetables to deli meats to frozen meals. Also, if you're exercising and overweight, you need a lot more than the usually-suggested 8 servings of water a day. I know you said you drink a lot of water, but I know for some people, even those 8 servings of water seems like a lot--it's all in your perception and what you're used to. If you don't get enough water, you will retain because your body doesn't want to let go of it if it feels it won't get any more, ya know? Good luck with your aggressive goal--75 pounds in 4 months is nearly 20 pounds a month, which is a little more than double the recommended healthy weight loss of 2 pounds a week (they say if you lose too quickly, you're less likely to maintain and more likely to gain it back). I wish you luck and health!
