Missed my workout Monday so made it up yesterday
40 min jogging 30 min weight training-lower body Today: 30 min jogging 30 min Weights-upper body Abs |
Wednesday:
timed mile run, but I lost track of how many laps I ran! Oops. About 12 minutes. leg weight machines crunches as usual |
WALK AT TRACK 1.5 miles
crunches/ pushups alternate during commericals watching Amazing Race.... |
Wednesday-
Bootcamp- 1 hr 15 min- Run/Jog 2 miles. Today was conditioning day so we did various things like sprints, jumping jacks, etc. Push ups and squats. Tonight I am taking a 90 min thermal yoga class. |
Wednesday:
30-minute walk/jog 20 minutes on the arc trainer |
Monday - 30 min treadmill, 10 walking during work break
Tuesday - 10 walking during work break Wednesday - 20 minutes bike, 28 mil treadmill |

30 min. walk Tuesday: 30 min. walk Wednesday: 35 min. walk 30 min. elliptical 15 min. run 30 min. bike |
Wednesday-50 minutes bike (I have to finish this book so I will get off my bike and do the treadmill *smile* At least I'm so hooked that I stay on the bike for an hour!)

Bootcamp 1 hr 15 min- 2 mile run/jog, squats, shoulder presses, push ups, lunges and various ab exercises. Doing a 60 min Kundalini yoga class tonight |

30 min upper body weight training 2miles running (7-8mph) 1 mile walking treadmill 30 min upright bike |

Got up early and did my weights in the morning - go me! 30 min. strength training 30 min. walk 20 min. bike 48 min. elliptical |
Wednesday (addendum):
walked home from school, 1.5 milese Thursday: forearm/wrist strengthening w/5-lb weights walked home again, 1.5 miles Flxthct, how was the thermal yoga class? I've never taken yoga, but I'm most interested in the Bikram/heated kinds and I've been thinking about signing up for a class. |
wow, some of you guys make me feel like such a workout weenie!
Monday: early a.m. workout at the Y - 20 min treadmill, all the leg weight machines Tuesday: nada. Started south beach and didn't want any excuses to be 'extra hungry' :) Wednesday: evening at the Y - recumbent bike for about 20 minutes, free weights for upper body Thursday: Took my 2 year old swimming at the Y, had to hold her the whole time, and walk around the pool with her, about 20 minutes. 100 crunches. Tomorrow AND Saturday I plan to go down to the Y in the morning, early, but I have to get home before my husband leaves for work, so that forces me to cut the workouts down to no more than 45 minutes there. Still, I feel better after I go down there than I did before. |

10 mins elliptical, resistance 8, middle level incline 20 mins stairmaster, intervals of 2:40 level 3, 1:20 level 2 weight machines for upper body crunches as usual |
