Hi My name is Shawla, I am 21 years old, married for almost 3 years, and a stay-at-home mom to my 1 year old, son. I reside in NW Indiana.
I am wanting to lose atleast 40+ pounds. I now weigh around 181 (last time I weighed) and I just hate my tummy and thighs, those are my major problem areas, but I would like to tone up the rest of my body also. As much as I would like to blame my pregnancy for my weight gain

I can't. I was gradually gaining after marriage and by the time I got pregnant I was already around 160 pounds, after the baby was born I was 190 pounds. Lost a few pounds out of no where, but they are starting to creep back on me. Me and my husband are thinking of TTC and I would reall like to lose a few pounds before then to ensure myself of a healthy pregnancy. I would also like to be able to run and play with my son without getting winded and tired so fast, just being healthier in general.
I am starting my 'lifestyle change' tomorrow. Wish me luck!
