upper body and abs workout

Tuesday
4miles running on treadmill (6.1-7.5mph), 1 mile warm up cool down
20 min elliptical
3 miles walking on track outdoors
lower body weight training

30 minutes on treadmill (2 minutes of jogging at 4.5mph) at 3.0-3.5 mph

Tuesday
30 minutes on treadmill at 3.0-3.5 mph
