alex - of course he thinks your beautiful!! he sounds like a great guy!!

i'm pretty glad to be back into weight-loss mode, although I won't weigh until next Friday, I can already tell a difference. i'm really excited to break into the 130's.

I hope everyone has a fabulous weekend!! sleep in for me, because i wont be able to!

aww megan congrats, I wish u could rub off on me with this whole weight loss thing. I went to the gym today and I feel like everyones watching does anyone else ever feel like that?! lol I'm weird i guess specially since it's my first time being back at the gym since geez last year. My fiance' and I bumped the wedding date up to May 20,2006 so now I have to get my butt in gear and tip top shape! I'm going to go do kickboxing tomorrow morning then my fiance' is gonna show me how to use all the machines so I dont feel like an idiot going in there.

My body fat was taken the other day It was at 18.3 which is good the trainer said, I gained weight though I'm at 123 right now at 5'2 I'm ok with it but the trainer said the goal shes seeing from my point of view and how I want to look is get down to 115 and get my body fat at 16 she said I should be happy with that. I'm just hoping I can do this I feel like a failure at times. Specially with the fiance he comes in and eats whatever he wants all the time brings pizza home and what not, and i mean he's not fat what so ever he's nothing but muscle..so he eats whatever he wants and he's just a big bear but a good lookin one =) lol I don't know I need to get in a 'groove' though and not worry so much about other people lookin at me. ::sigh:: i'm gonna get back to studying though.....

Melbell: I think that it's normal to feel like that when you first show up at the gym. Don't worry, no one at the gym is paying any attention to you, everyone is kind of in their own little zones, and are too busy thinking on themselves. I used to think that to, but now I feel at home at my gym, and just go in and get on my machines and get in my little zone. I'm glad that you joined the gym, keep us posted on h ow things are going. I just started going to a cardio class offered at my gym, and I love it....I mean, LOVE IT! The lady that teaches is in her fifties, and I told her today, Lady, you are killing me...and I love it! Ok, got sidetracked here....anyways...do your thing Melbell!!!!

I have yet to study this weekend, so will study Sunday....ok, talk to ya'll later.

Well I'm on track with myself and this whole weight situation, and I'm going to do it the right way because it won't take long to get where I would like to be. I needed a good swift kick in my butt from myself!

I have another question, I understand breakfast is like the most important meal of the day and all, but what do u do if ur not hungry do u eat as much as u can anyways?!?!

later ladies my old man is taking me to get some clothes for the gym

Hello! I hope you all haven't forgotten about me! I just got back from my holiday to aussie (again!).. It was wicked. The best part was, i had been feeling like a fat pog before I went and my weight had gone up to 75.4.. and despite eating and drinking what felt like heaps on holiday, I weighed myself the day after I got back and I was down to 73.6!!! I haven't been that low even before xmas when I was doing well! and then this morning, despite a lazy sunday and a fair bit of food I was only 73.8.. but I am a little concerned that i have lost all my muscle and that's why I am so light.. so going to the gym tonight will tell!! otherwise, I can only put it down to all the walking we did, shopping and trying to save on buses and taxis. ...

The velvet revolver concert was AWESOME!! even better was meeting Scott Weiland and Slash before hand.. we could have hung with them (well drunk in the same bar anyway) afterwards, but we (bf and me) felt that if we had just put on such a wicked as show, would we really want stupid fans hanging round??? he he... yeah we're shy (and I think the manager thought we were stalkers and not actually just staying at the same hotel!!). anyway it was cool.. but I have to say, that they were both shorter than I imagined and my god is scott SKINNY!!

I decided that im going to join your thread, just because it seems like the other ones that ive joined havent been updating and its sooooooo frustrating to leave notes and noone really answer back to them.
