Default just a question

Ok does anyone know what and how to get rid of those painful cramps u get when your running??? The ones in the side of ur stomach...i've gotten them two days in a row and I just never really know how to get it to go away i can only run for so long in pain...

Try slowing your pace for a bit and breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. It's a kickboxing breathing technique and it's very good.

Also try not to eat / drink too much before hand as this can cause a "stitch".

as the lady said its called a "stitch" round these here parts and basically its a sign your body is working hard just gotta run through it unfortunatly
