i havent been keeping up so i'll just post what i did last week
mon - 60 mins cardio
tues - off
wed - 45 mins strength, 45 mins cardio
thurs - 60 mins cardio
friday - 45 mins strength, 45 mins cardio
sat - 45 mins cardio
i cant remember what i did for cardio because i do all different stuff every day. my memory stinks!!!
