Hi! I have been reading through posts on this site for a while now and I've finally decided to jump on in!
I currently weigh 78kg and would like to lose at least ten kilos before getting pregnant again. I started my first pregnancy at 76kg and have had so much trouble getting my weight back down.
I work three nights a week (nurse) and have trouble getting any sort of eating/sleeping/exercise routine going. For the rest of the week, I get to stay home with my beautiful little boy, Daniel, who is 18 months old and pretty much non stop chaos!
I have tried a fair few diets in the past few years, but nothing really seemed to work. This time around, I plan to cut out as much processed foods as possible, and to make low/non fat choices.
I try to go for a walk at least three times a week, but I plan to up that to every day for a few weeks to get myself started.
I hope to get to know you all better.
