Home training: 16 mins
pilates: 20 mins
Treadmill: 20mins
Stair Climbing: 6mins (still find this one the hardest)
Ok I burned a total of 3537 calories this week...
Start my new week tomorrow My goals from the next week are to burn 3500calories and to have a total of 400mins.
Good job so far to everyone.....

Tuesday: 20 min Elliptical
60 min walk outside...Magnificent evening!!!

Did 2 miles at track, ran one lap
20 lunges
20 crunches
12 sit ups
stretched

(this is two days in a row, wow, haven't done this in a long time :)

walked to safeway, then to wells fargo, and then to the electric co.
45 minutes total, it was a beautiful day!

but managed two laps or 1/2 a mile around the track.

Sauna: 6mins (just trying it out gonna do it again it burns 20cals per min)
