15 Days to Acccomplish:
Lose 5 lbs! |
1. Exercise: Cardio - 6 times; Weight training - Only got in 1. Bad Jennie.
2. Water: 2.25 L/day - not bad 3. Food: Much too high this week, coming with a 1560 cals./day average - I'd like it to be more like 1400 4. Mindset - Motivation dwindled last week but it's roaring for the last two weeks of the April 1 Challenge. |

2. Water: 2.9 L/day - good 3. Food: Little out of control on the weekends, as usual - the weekdays are so easy for me! But I am determined to get out of the slump and get back to losing! 4. Mindset - Motivation was at a low point (especially during the weekend) so I'm revving up the engines and ready to get back on track. Hopefully I'll see a maintain (or better, but I'm not holding my breath) for this week's weigh-in and I can start anew on the May Day challenge, where I plan to set a goal of 8-10 lbs. |
