    Thanks so much!! I have gained a little back-like less than 20 lbs but it was a bummer-first time I've gained any back in the 3 years since I started on my journey to lose weight. But I am back on track and doing the 3FC labor day (it was labor day right? LOL) challenge...hoping to get down to like 160 or so....its been rough but everyone should keep their head up no matter what, cuz WE CAN ALL DO IT!!!!!!!!!

    Here's my progress pics. In the first photo, I'm 215 pounds -- yuck! The second was taken a few weeks ago at my current weight of 176 pounds.
