I did my pilates tape this morning before work. I think I am getting better at it.
I haven't been to any more classes at the gym, and I haven't lost any weight, but the workouts are paying off in terms of muscle definition and energy.
I didn't join the V-Day challenge the first time, but I will now. My goal is 5 lbs which will bring me down to 158, where I was pre-Holiday season. 5 lbs in about 5 weeks is do-able...
Just wanted to see how everyone was doing on their Feb V-day challenge.
I've decided if I made mine I will go buy myself this top I have been wanting..but really can't afford. This is my first valentine's day being single...and I need to do something for myself!
I'm only 1 lb. away from my V-Day goal, so as long as I stay on track, I should be good. I'll probably use my normal weigh-in time (the 18th) because I'll be out of town over V-Day, so that'll help even more.
