Hey all!
Age 28 and I need to lose about 100lbs. I lost a lot of weight when I was pregnant without even trying and just after I gave birthI was under 200lbs. Then, I was scared to watch my dieting because I didn't want it to influence nursing, but that but me in the butt and now I'm weighing the most I've ever weighed.

Well done on nursing your bub.

Now time for you as well. Just start by changing one or 2 little habits that aren't helping you achieve your goals to start with. (Eg maybe you have a biscuit with an afternoon coffee, so cut it out. Focus on more vegetables to fill up your plates etc.)

i was so chubby i fell so sad due to my fatty body so i will be doing these things for changing my lifestyle and get rid from my fatty body to slim body now i am so happy i encourage you to try these things in your daily life and get good results like me in 30 days routine then you will be take this routine until get slimed but amazing results with come up in only 30 days of this routine so these are the steps,

Eat a high protein breakfast. ...
Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. ...
Drink water before meals. ...

Choose weight-loss-friendly foods. ...
Eat soluble fiber. ...
Drink coffee or tea. ...
Base your diet on whole foods. ...
Eat slowly.
