Hey all!
Age 28 and I need to lose about 100lbs. I lost a lot of weight when I was pregnant without even trying and just after I gave birthI was under 200lbs. Then, I was scared to watch my dieting because I didn't want it to influence nursing, but that but me in the butt and now I'm weighing the most I've ever weighed.
Now time for you as well. Just start by changing one or 2 little habits that aren't helping you achieve your goals to start with. (Eg maybe you have a biscuit with an afternoon coffee, so cut it out. Focus on more vegetables to fill up your plates etc.)
