Default Another Newbie

Hi! I'm a 22 year old girl who just started the Ideal Protein diet a week ago. About 3 months ago, I was getting more into fitness and paying attention to nutrition like I hadn't in a long time. And I needed it. However, about a month into this, I ended up breaking my right ankle/leg putting a halt to the progress I had made. With this injury, I have been very limited with my activity and found myself getting very discouraged about my situation. I started IP because it is a way to continue that weight loss journey I was on without having to exercise and in hopes that I will not lose anymore muscle mass than I already have.

Through my first week, I have been googling various questions and recipes and whatnot that I have and almost every time, at least one link for this site comes up. So, I decided to join. We'll see where this goes!
