Well the thing I'm most proud of is, walking more than 100 blocks during the blackout and surviving! Must say it was quite an accomplishment. FYI: I'm from NYC.
Hmmmm...in regards to health the fact that I lost 60+ pounds. If you mean in life general I would say getting my college degree. Oh yeah and paying off my car in a year and half.
That I have lost 50 pounds just since my birthday last year
And when I was able to tell my crush last week that I like him alot. I've always been super shy and this is the first time I've ever felt confident enough to tell a guy I like them. He must be pretty special though, I don't know how else I would've done it.
Mine's my BSW, and I gained a whole lot of weight while I got that too so it had to be worth it. Now I'm not nearly as proud of my weightloss yet, because well it hasn't been as hard, but it's only been 6 weeks so far. Maybe after 5 years of hard work I'll feel the same about my weight loss! Who knows.
The one thing that I am most proud of, are my children! My little girl went to Kindergarten this year ( *sniff sniff* ) and my boy is in first grade.. I can't believe how fast they've grown up. They have been giving me motivation to keep working at loosing my weight.. So sweet they are! I want to be able to keep up with them and play with them like a good mom should.. but all this weight on me has prevented me from doing some of the things they want me to do! I'm slowly but surely loosing the weight and lately, I've been teaching my daughter to ride a bike.. that sure is hard work but after loosing 17 pounds, It's much easier helping her! Plus it's extra exercise anyway.. lol
I am most proud of everything...seriously...I am proud of our store, our house, our button business....and my cats. (hehe I am a dork!) I am also proud of my sister for getting her act together....... That's a tough question to put one answer.
I love the pic too, Sacha! It's nice to see your face!
Though it might be cliche on a weight loss board, I truly am most proud of the fact that I am working HARD at doing something about my weight/health problem. I'm seeing results from being consistent, and since it's an area I've "always" struggled with, it feels pretty darn good to be tasting success!
Sacha:
Its suprising to hear you ask this question because I would have to say My wedding was a thing I am most proud of.Especially since I did most of it by myself. Graduating from highschool is another and getting some college knowledge.Of course losing my weight of course.
My ability to accomplish my dreams. For example, going to grad school at a top knotch school was important.. and it took a lot of work to get in. Second, for losing 40 pounds.. which I did for me and only for me. And lastly, having the courage to do and be whatever I want despite what people say or think.
