I've been with my trainer for 4 months and have managed to lose 2inches off my waist but I'm still skinny fat.i need to clean up my diet a bit and add in cardio and really stick with that until September and then see where I am at and if I need a new trainer or if it's me

skittles, good to see you post again! Four months with a trainer probably feels like a long time, but you lost a LOT of weight quite quickly, if I remember correctly. 2 inches off your waist is awesome!

I think the idea of keeping with it until September is good. Remember that if loose skin is part of the equation, that may take a couple years to shrink up, too. It all takes time. You are doing great. Keep it up!

"skinny fat" means that you need to drop the cardio, eat MORE, and lift weights.
