Hey Everyone! My name is Amy and I'm new to the board and to dieting. I am ready and wanting to change my lifestyle so much! I'm 21 years old and a student at UW Madison. I need so much help, motivation and advice and I don't even really know where to begin. I would really appreciate it if anyone would want to be my email buddy? You are already well on your way because you are deciding to lead a more healthier lifestyle. That is the first thing and once you start losing you have to make sure you keep going. And if you hit a bump in the road its okay. Just keep going and don't look back.
Good to have another new "face" on the board! We're glad you're here. My sister (also an Amy!) just graduated this past spring from UW-Stout in Menomonie, so I lit up when I saw "UW."
Anyway, we'll be with you in your journey to better health! Feel free to post any questions, concerns, joys, trials, etc, on this board. It's a lot of fun and good camaraderie that we share here!
Amy, glad you happened upon us, this place is just fantastic, and a great place to stay accountable for what we do and help re-motivate us after a not so good day. The journals are great too if you want to try them.

Hey Amy! I'm 21 and in college too (UNC-Chapel Hill), and have decided that losing weight in college is a total uphill battle, aside from the free gym. I'm hoping to lose most (or all) of my weight by graduation Anyway, the boards are great! I could go for an email buddy to, so let me know if you're still up for that!
