Alright I made a post recently about feeling like I was lost. I made my list of things I want to improve on and I'm working on making less excuses for not working out. I have been avoiding the gym (even though I pay a lot for it) so I decided maybe it's time to make a weekly routine of videos like how I used to go to certain exercise classes scheduled during the week. I was wondering if anyone uses youtube videos to workout, which videos do you use, and the pros/cons of it. I was thinking it would be good since I'm moving in a couple weeks and will not have the same capabilities of going to the gym. I have dvds but I'm on the internet so much that having the videos right there makes it less of an excuse because it would be as simple as checking your social media.
i use fitnessblender videos when i don't feel like leaving my apartment. they're all on youtube, they have all kinds. low impact or cardio or kettlebell or toning, seriously all kinds. fitnessblender.com, too, the videos are both places.
