I've been really lazy with exercise the last couple months. I'm hoping to stick with something this month which hopefully will help me get passed 76 kg!!

11/3: 76.1- My legs are really sore from a 4.5 hour intense hike yesterday, hoping they're holding some extra weight.

11/7: 76.6- Education office took us to Seoul for a couple days, eating was way off.

11/18: 76.8- ended up eating a lot of high sodium foods this weekend, hope that and my sore leg muscles are contributing to the high #.
11/19: 76.5- I'm really hoping tomorrow to see a bigger whoosh.

11/21: 76.3- ate like **** yesterday, did not expect this.
