Lol Jess I wish I knew which was which but I can figure it out, lol.

I use a locally-produced (I'm in StL metro) supplement called BMR Bliss. It comes with Thyro-Drive and Downtime PM, you can get them as a set for $183 online or $150 in stores (depending on your store) or you can get them individually for around $40-$60. Trust me in that I would never spend that much if they weren't a complete godsend for me. Not only have I lost 16 lbs as of today, I have started running, had much better clarity and focus (I have ADHD and depression and respond horribly to traditional meds most of the time) and my depression is gone. And so is my tendency to eat. I am still getting used to it, since eating and binge eating has been such a huge part of my life, but it's nice. I hate to sound like a walking commercial for anything, but this has been great for me and I hope you can find something that helps you.

I notice I binge when I am bored or have not treated myself in a while. I'm working towards an attitude that food is necessary to survive and not so much should be my focus. I'm reading a book called "Made to Crave" by Lysa Turkest (sp?) with my best friend, and we're looking at it more of a Christian point of view. Maybe you can consider looking at it from a different point of view on a more Christian level.

I also have to learn to want healthy snacks, or ways to make them sweet and healthy. I'm retraining my taste buds to have a plate of fruit for dessert rather than ice cream. Things like that.

I think for everyone their reasons for breaking are different. This is why charting your diet is so important because you can learn your habits and adjust for them.

Jessica,

I am using A.C.E Apetite, control, Energy. it has been amazing and actually my husband has put on a horrible amount of weight im talking 50lbs in just a few months! for a male in general thats a ton! I dont know if you remember or even if i choose to share when we were both on here before but he had cancer....thankfully it was removed and so he hasnt been able to do much physical activity and he is a eater big big big time! well i got him to try A.C.E three days ago and i have noticed a huge difference in how much he is eating what namaste is taking sounds great but if you are looking for one a little less expense you can get a bottle of A.C.E for 60 you can also get trials 7 packets with 2 pills each for 15$ or 14packs for $30.....and so on. just make sure you do not order it on any websites order it right thro a distributor I can help you with that if you are interested I do not sell it myself but i said if it got me down to even 180 i would deff consider it but i can hook you up with my distributor if you decide to try it.
