Default Jillian Michaels is no joke!

I just finished the first workout on the Kickbox Fast Fix DVD.. AND HOLY SH*T. I am seriously sweating. I guess that is the point tho, huh?!? HAHA! AWESOME.

Question for you that rock out a fitness DVD. What is your regiment? Like, I did 15 on the treadmill then did the first workout. I feel pretty shaky and sweaty like it did its job. So is that it? Am I done now? Do you finish the whole dvd (3 workouts)? She said "Goodbye, see you next time." after I was done.

I'm not doing that particular DVD, but i love her.

I'm doing her Body Revolution now, and I only do her dvds and no other form of workout... i probably should, but i am lazy. it's probably good that you are complimenting it with some cardio. anyhow, it can't hurt!!

i found her workouts are really good for toning up and making yourself stronger. i did 30DS before i started this and it's crazy what i can do now that i couldn't do before...

I love Jillian Michaels! She definitely kicks butt, I just started her 6 Week 6 Pack dvd and I will have to check out the one you are doing because kickboxing is a favorite for me!

I just bought those, but unfortunately I can't do it right now. I can't do a lot of exercise right now for a few weeks. Good to know that they really do work though.

I've been interested in getting the Kickboxing Dvd to add some extra cardio to my routine, but I could never get into the 30DS enough to use it regularly. Is the kickboxing dvd more fun? I can stick to a workout routine infinitely better if I find it to be fun.

I've heard of her "cleanse," of which I am always skeptical, but I didn't know she had actual diet pills out. Hmm, that is sketchy.

I think she is a total sell-out. She is such a health nut, I don't think she would personally take any of those pills. Years ago when the "cleanse" came out I bought it because I was young and stupid and I believed in her blindly. The pills did didley squat btw.

That being said... I absolutely love her exercise videos, I own several. The moves are straight forward, I sweat and I dont get bored. I think she is pretty annoying so after I've done the DVD a few times and have learned the proper ways to do the exercises I just mute the tv and put on my own music. Banish Fat Boost Metabolism was the first one I ever bought and it's still my favorite; I think it's one of the best DVDs she has for weight loss because there's a lot of cardio involved (no weights) my heart rate stays pretty elevated thought the whole 40 minutes. I didn't know she had a kickboxing video... I will definitely be purchasing it.

On a side note... I feel like Jillian Michaels sexually harasses her assistants in the videos, lol. Is it just me or has anyone else noticed this? Some of the things she does and says would be seriously frowned upon if she were a man.

@luckyme0510 I see what you are saying about how she talks to her assistants in the video. After I learn the moves I will probably follow you and mute it. Something about the way she talks bothers me.

I did start the 30DS and so far love it. I also added some cardio with it. It was good for me and I am so out of shape. It made me work hard but I was able to do it.

you guys, come on... that is just the way she is. as someone who can be called "too friendly" as well, i don't think she's doing anything bad. i don't even think it'd be bad if it was a dude acting that way...

but anyhow. Jillian is not for everyone. she has one of those personalities that either you love her or you hate her.

i for one never mute her! her taunts and encouragements help me going!

I attempted the 30 day shred years ago and I seriously thought I was going to die. I ended up puking halfway through it, so I'm assuming it went well! I only did one workout because I was terrified everytime to get sick though I would love to get a couple of different ones just to have when I'm being lazy and don't want to drive to the gym.

That woman freaking scares me! I'm doing the Biggest Loser Cardio Max work out right now. She is on level 2 in the video. Her work out is only ten minutes long but..........help me!
