I'm a huge Jillian fan I think it is what is it ppl are intitled to their opinions. I'm guna like her regardless of what anybody says. I only do her workouts own all of them. I have all her books n I'm also seeing her VIP here in Vegas on April 13th. She motivates me n I look up to her n she makes me feel good about myself. I'm happy to say that
Just started her 30 Day Shred work out today with one of my friends. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .............................................I'm in pain. I love Jillian though. That woman is going to get me to my goal weight for sure!

I went back to my friends house yesterday to do the 30 Day Shred again....We decided to do Level 3 after just starting on it on Tuesday.....Mind you, I've been working out consistently since December.....My friend hasn't. I felt like I was going to die ok! I felt like I was going to dieeeeeeeeeee!
Original poster - I'm not familiar with the dvd you're speaking of, so I don't have pertinent advice towards that, but I would assume that if there are 3 workouts, they are meant to be done one at a time, and some extra cardio is always good.

I just came across BFBM on youtube the other day, and WOW that is a great workout, I love that it involves no weights or equipment other than a mat and a small space, yet I was stringy-haired, sweat-stinging-my-eyes worn out! And I went ahead and did it again today I can see maybe adding some ankle weights or light hand weights in the future.
I also own the 30DS dvd and use it once in a while in my rotation, or when I am pressed for time.

i would just like to tell everyone that 30DS is a breezy walk in the park compared to the later levels of Body Revolution!!! She gets eviiiiiil!!! i swear i am doing workout 9 and 10 now, and the first day of workout 9, i yelled at the screen "I don't like you anymore, Jillian!!!!!"
of course, I still love her, but GOD those are hard... also, workout 9's easiest move is one i used to think was the hardest back in 30DS... mwaha... the easiest!!! *cries*

It was amazing. I spent like $500 on merchandise along. lol She was funny and I learned alot very motivating and inspirational. The VIP q & a was great and funny cuz janice the producer on her podcast was there for the q & a. So hilarious I had great time wish I could go again.
I started the 30 day shed a few days ago and I think Jillian literally has it out for me! Like personally! lol. The video is crazy hard (and I am just on level one), but I love her motivation.
I like when she says "When it burns, that's when change happens". It gives me the energy to keep going. That being said I totally hate my life when I am doing the work out! lol.
If you guys read her new book Slim for Life (which is great and a simple version of her Master Your Metabolism book) she talks about how she has been battling nutrition and PCOS problems. When she first started Biggest Loser she thought she had it figured out. She admits she was wrong, but by then her name was branded and her name slapped on everything. Since finding an endocrinologist she has battled her PCOS and is now in the best name of her life.
She isn't a sell-out. She did what she thought was best at the time. Now she knows better, but contracts are already signed so its not like she can pull those products off the shelf.
