Hi Everyone!
I posted on this forum a while ago, I lost around 50lbs.
Sadly I gained pretty much all of it back since. There are probably more than a thousand reasons why and believe me I have explored every single one of them. I guess what it really comes down to is I stopped working out and thinking about what food I was putting in my mouth. No one really warns you that maintaining might actually be harder then losing the weight in the first place lol. Lesson learned I suppose.
I was supposed to start this journey again on January first but I was plagued with the flu and eventually bronchitis. This flu season is a downer for sure! Now that I am off my antibiotics, breathing properly and feeling healthy it is time to do this!
Anyway, just thought I would pop in and say hi to all the new and old people here!
