Hi Everyone!
I posted on this forum a while ago, I lost around 50lbs.

Sadly I gained pretty much all of it back since. There are probably more than a thousand reasons why and believe me I have explored every single one of them. I guess what it really comes down to is I stopped working out and thinking about what food I was putting in my mouth. No one really warns you that maintaining might actually be harder then losing the weight in the first place lol. Lesson learned I suppose.

I was supposed to start this journey again on January first but I was plagued with the flu and eventually bronchitis. This flu season is a downer for sure! Now that I am off my antibiotics, breathing properly and feeling healthy it is time to do this!

Anyway, just thought I would pop in and say hi to all the new and old people here!
We can do this!

You and I are in similar boats - i lost weight a few years ago, and maintained it for about 2 yrs. Then for the past 8 months or so I’ve had a great deal of stress, and turned to the comforts of food and laziness, thus putting me right back to where I started.

Glad we’re both here! And I agree with the ladies above... we can do this!

Welcome back! I regained almost half of the weight I had lost and every day is a struggle, but I can do this and so can you! Just keep consistent and don't be hard on yourself, you will have off days but the most important thing is to get right back into gear!
