January Daily Weigh In
It's already January and the New Year where I am so I figured I'd start the new thread.

SW: 88.8 kg (Dec. 31st)

December didn't go quite as planned, but hopefully January will be better! My weigh-ins are on Thursday, so that's what my weeks are structured around!

mmmmm k...I'll bite...my weight is all screwy because I'm having some 'internal' issues so I'm hopeful once that clears up then I will know what I'm dealing with better...I'm hoping to have a kick *** month with all these 'changes' I'm making...so I'm reaching for between 8 and 10 pounds loss this month.

For being on vacation two days so far I'm doing alright, I always have tummy issues when I drive this far (16 hours) so I may be less and retaining but ah well. So I hope to get myself into gear and I'm shooting for 175 by the end of the month.

I was not in on the December one until the last week and a half. Thought I could do five pounds cause I had dropped 15 in a little more than month. So I am so ready for a new challenge. Would be awesome to be into maintenance by the end of the month.
