20: 196.2! (That's what 4 meals away from home will do...back to it today)

23: 189.9 (this water weight seems to be dropping off, wonder when it will slow down)

I need accountability to get me back on track & stop fudging on this lifestyle change. I'm more interested in toning my body at this point, but I would like to lose a few more pounds too.

Yes sw is starting weight but this thread was for January just search the word February for the new months one. And best of luck!
