Well blood work came back and all was normal I guess I just really need to focus on eating more. I did really good yesterday and I even saw a 1 pound drop on the scale (It has been taking me a week to see a a pound drop). So I guess my body likes the extra calories. Oh and I can clean the house again. I am really tired today but I think it is because my husband and I stayed up way too late watching shark week. Thanks for the feedback. My hair is still falling out like crazy but I am gonna go get some vitamins on friday and see if that will help me.

Glad to hear everything is normal. I use Biotin for hair, nails and skin stuff. It's in the vitamin aisle. If you have a Kroger, they normally have a really good deal, like buy one get one free.

Cool, Thanks. I have read about that over and over. I guess I need to pick that up too along with a multi vitamin.

It is awesome stuff! Or you can just buy a prenatal vitamin.. They have lots of biotin with other good stuff that is important for women anyways. And they have chewy ones!!

UGH! I wish I would have read that before I got a regular one a day multivitamin. What does of biotin do you take? they had like 3 different types at walmart so I got a little confused and didn't want to take too much of it.
Thanks for the advice!

I am in the UK and used to pass out an awful lot due to lack on iron. Basically everytime I got up from sitting or lying I would feel like I was going to hit the deck. I would spin and spin and spin. On the couple of occasions I did pass out I couldnt hear, couldnt see and couldnt remember what had happened. It took ages for the doctor to discover it was lack of iron, although the tablets they gave me did cause stomach cramps.

Ash: Sorry, I didn't see the post!! I use the 5000 biotin, but I also think my body needs more than most.(lame thyroid) (I missed a day and every single nail broke off. grr.) But I am going to switch when I run out. I found a Kroger brand hair, skin and nails daily supplement. It only has 3000 but I compared it to the women's multi-vitamin and it has most of the same stuff and it was a lot cheaper. So now I only need to buy 1 pill instead of 2! I don't really know what the recommended dose would be. I guess it would depend on how much is in your multi-vitamin. Mine had a little bit in it but not much. I'm also not sure if you can actually take too much of it.. I didn't do very much research on it before I bought it lol.
