Dreamer..you inspire me because you too, are embracing the evident path that will certainly take us a long time to reach our goals! But it IS within our reach . I think all of us are here because when we go at it alone we tend to just give up. Great job on losing you weight so far and for all of us that are coming here daily, keep focusing on the positive..if the scale goes up but you're losing inches, then you are winning! Xxoo Kathie

I kind of messed up today...I ate my whole calorie goal for the day (1,200) between breakfast and lunch (and lunch was a greasy burger -yuck/yum!)...I am planning on exercising but I don't like the idea of using the "extra" calories working out gives me just to have dinner. I want to eat 1,200 cals period plus exercise and use those calories towards weight loss...traveling always makese hungry plus the odd hours don't help.
My plan is to exercise quite a bit this wknd to make up for it (that's the other thing, I didn't exercise yesterday because of work and travel).

Sorry for the rant...
Lil sister don't be soo hard on yourself. What makes me gain weight is more in my head than in my food. 1200 is very little calories to have in a day so give yourself a break. As far as exercise you could do 15 minutes of push ups sit ups jumpin jacks and it will count just as much as anything. Good luck and have fun this weekend!!
Considering I got back late last night from a 3 day girls' weekend/roadtrip, I'm ecstatic (okay, well happy - of course I'd like to see a bigger number) to see a .8 lb loss. I did pretty darn good over the weekend, tracked everything, and was active. I expect I'll see a further loss in the next couple of days as my diet gets back to 100%!
I apologize for taking so long with the charts. In the future I plan to have them up on Friday. I’m up 2 pounds this week. I started this challenge mostly to re-energize my stalled weight loss efforts. The miserably hot weather and my seasonal allergies left me lethargic and ambivilant. Additionaly, poor sleeping, family drama and ANTS, have not helped either. I just put an AC unit in my window (which makes sleeping easier) and went on some new allergy medication (it helps but I still feel miserable). Hopefully this will all pass soon and I’ll get back on the wagon.
Scarlette,
you glow girl, thank you for what you do...you had me and my sister out on the track at sunset tonight..I know you have your hard days but you have made a huge difference in my life
Scarlett - good luck pulling yourself out of the rut. I know how hard it is!
My intuition was right about having a big drop after yesterday's weigh-in. I was down another 2.4 lbs from yesterday morning. That'll make a nice number for next week!
