I usually barely touch my exercise calories. I live in the middle of nowhere without a car and tend to do a LOT of walking or biking every day, so it gives me absolutely ridiculous numbers of "spare calories." Yesterday was the first time I was over since joining, and usually I'm between 1200 and 1500 calories in a day with hundreds of exercise calories to spare. I use the same name on there if you have any desire to add me...I have no friends

I LOVE MPF, but I just found fitocracy, and I am really digging that app as well! Anyone else use fitocracy? How do you like it? I think making it a competition will be fun and motivating. I'm s_taylor19 on there as well

hope I can still join in on this thread... I'm "lowfatpie" on MFP.

If I'm hungry I eat back my calories. I don't exercise to eat though. I also won't go and quickly exercise just because I overate. I look at what I had and figure out what I could do differently.

Then again sometimes I may go over simply because I really am hungry. That's life. Usually it all balances out after a while.

I just recently purchased the Polar FT7 and I really like it so far! I will let you know once I have used it longer. Did you ever get one MidnightRaven?
