  • I have the discs, but have never put them in the dvd player. How long does a workout usually last?
  • They are mostly around an hour with yoga being 90 min and ab ripper x after some of them so thats an additional 16 min
  • HI Ladies! I just joined this site and i'm looking for some support as I'm about to start p90x. any tips or words of advice you can give me. I'm starting Monday, kind of nervous.

Tony says it all on the DVDs but just do your best. There is no such thing as failure, just complete the DVD and give your all every step of the way... you may not keep up and you may stop for a breather every once in a while (he says to pause, which is a great tip) but as soon as you feel ready to go again, put your 100% back into it.

You'll feel amazing when you finish a day's workout, even better after the first week, and it just keeps building until the month is over and you really start seeing the results
  • thank you! I'm starting in a few hours. Kind of nervous but totally ready. I was always extremely athletic and even played sports my first year of college... but after the last 3-4 years really went through some stuff and completely lost control. i'm hoping i can pull out a lot of my old motivation and will to succeed. I know this is going to be really tough since i havent been doing a lot since, but ready to take on the challenge.

wish me luck! ill let you know how it goes.

  • good Luck morgan!! I am on the last day of Week 2 today because I missed a couple of days here or there so I'm just kind of doing the 90 days when it gets done lol. I will skip my rest day tomorrow if I can and do Core again! I'm definitely seeing results already and can't wait to take my "30" day progress photos!
  • Thank you! I'm on my second week and i actually LOVE IT!! i feel super motivated and surprisingly look forward to the workouts. I have been doing a 30 min walk/jog at night time too. believe it or not, i am already seeing more definition in my legs and also super excited for the 30 day progress. My goal is to honestly do p90x like 4 times in a row lol. its pretty much 1 year of my life, but i think it will all be worth it. I know, super far out goal, i should probably stick to finishing the first 90 haha.
  • I can't believe I'm almost onto my first Recovery week already!! I've lost 10 lbs and can definitely tell in my legs and stomach. I'm going to start doing my elliptical again and maybe some runs to practice for my next 5K in July!
