ughh this past week was tough for me. i kept on going off plan, & it was hard to stay motivated to workout. but i'm determined to do better this week!

weighing in at 156.6 today but i did down to 156.2 over the weekend before i ate like crazy! hehe

after stalling / bouncing around in the same area for awhile, i'm finally dropping! even though today isn't the official weigh-in day, i decided to just share since i was so happy! weighing in at 154.2 today! i lost 3 lbs so far this month. not sure if i'll be able to get to my goal at this rate, but at least i'm losing~

how is everyone doing? i got to a new low today of 153.6! hehe so happy! but i'm losing a steady 1lb/week. wish it was a little more, but any loss is better than a gain!

Princess of the KING: good job with the gym!! ughh & i hate TOM gains, but i do enjoy the drop of weight at the end

153 today!! i can't wait get to my goal of 150 for this month, even though i don't know if i'll be able to hit it by the end of april.

I saw the drop today! I think (hope) there is more to come! I will update my weight on thursday so it should all be over by then!

i was on a church retreat over the weekend & got TOM, so my weight went up a little, but now i'm down to 150! ahh i can't wait to be in the 140s
