I started this month super excited because last month I lost 9 pounds, paying a lot of the credit to tracking it everyday here. Of course I forgot that I was going to visit my Mom for a long weekend with no scale so of course I don't know what I weigh! Agh! Frustrating. Starting this month OFFICIALLY tomorrow

My boyfriend looks at me like I have 5 heads EVERY TIME I do this, but I've started packing the scale for weekend trips. Sure, it's a pain but I much prefer that than having no idea how much I weigh when I'm away. Not knowing what I weigh every day makes me super anxious and I tend to get overly conservative to the point of deprivation. So when he tells me I'm insane I just give him a kiss and tell him "but you love me anywaaay!"

Hahaha!! That is so great - I definitely could have done that.. next time
9: 169 - previous day i had weighed myself in the day, so i guess its not a true weight loss of 5lbs never the less least the scales didn't go up i will try and weigh myself every morning from now on
This week has been horrible on the scale. I've done everything right. It be different if I knew I went completely off plan or had a big loss last week. I'm going to keep pushing through.
Ladies, you are doing amazing and keep me motivated.
I'm on lots of steroids now because of an allergic reaction to an antibiotic.. I think I'm gonna bloat up so it'll be funny to see the scale over the next few days
3/13: 216.0 lbs - Had ice cream last night with the hubby... grr!
3/14: 215.0 lbs - Did well yesterday. Back on track! 16 lbs away from Onederland!
3/15: 215.2 lbs - Not bad. I guess I shouldn't have a stalk of celery with a smidge of peanut butter 30 mins before bed, but I was so hungry! Better luck tomorrow...
3/16: 214.2 lbs - Yay! And TOM started yesterday... no wonder the gain! I'm ready to get to 199.9!
3/17: 213.6 lbs
3/18: No weigh
3/19: No weigh
3/20: No weigh
3/21: 213.6 lbs - really? Well, at least it wasn't a gain...
3/22: 214.2 - yikes!
3/23: 213.2 - Yay
3/23: 213.4 - We had a little bit of a splurge last night after church, but it's a weekly thing and I always make up for it in the next couple of days.

Posted part of this in the exercise thread, but I wanted to post it here, too, just to keep me accountable.
Okay, I totally fell off the wagon for about two weeks. No exercise, crappy food, gained about 3-4 pounds. Yuck. Isn't it funny (ha ha...) how two weeks of being off-plan will erase a solid month of hard work? Anyway, I'm back on now! My parents will be visiting this weekend, so eating will be tricky, but I think I'll be able to be sensible with it, AND I'm back exercising, so that's good. Anyone have any good hopping-back-on-the-wagon advice for me?
